Help and support

Ousa is a small team in Phnom Penh. One person reads what you send, and answers in Khmer or in English.

Message Ousa

Write to us from this page. Tell us the tutor’s name, or the number you signed in with, and the answer comes back by email without us having to ask twice.

Leave an email and we answer within one working day.

Before you write

Ousa does not book lessons or take payment

You arrange the lesson with the tutor and pay them directly. Ousa lists tutors, shows what has been checked, and hands you the number. Nothing is paid for here and nothing is booked here.

What a checked credential means

Somebody from Ousa saw the certificate, or confirmed the teaching post with the school itself. A check cannot be bought, and a tutor cannot climb the ranking by typing more into their profile.

Something on a profile is wrong

Send us the tutor’s name and what you saw. We check it, then correct it or take the listing down. This is the fastest thing on this page to get done.

You teach, and Ousa already built your profile

Open the claim link we sent you and sign in with the number on the profile. We send a code to that number, and entering it proves the profile is yours. The checks Ousa already recorded stay on it.

The sign-in code did not arrive

Look in Telegram, on the number you entered — that is where the code arrives. Check the number, ask for another after a minute, and write to us if it still does not come. There is no password to reset.

Deleting your account

Open your account and choose delete. It removes your account, the tutors you saved and anything you wrote, straight away and for good. If you teach, your listings come down with it and what Ousa checked stays on record with your name and number taken off.
